Manila at the same time as the forum. I know that this man is not a Muslim but once upon a time, Martin Luther declared "Here I stand!" The rest is history. I woke up this morning to find my cellphone full of text messages from Ang Ladlad members, my campaign volunteers, affiliates and allies in Lanao del Norte. Their houses are being torched, the town hall burned, Fr. Regie Quijano killed by the MILF. Since the MILF has blocked the highway, people are taking their bancas to cross over to the other side, in Ozamiz City. And what are the LGUs, the police and the military doing? To quote my friends there, "Nothing." Or rarely if ever, reinforcements are coming in very very slowly. Slower than a snail climbing up Moung Fujiyama. There is blood on the hands of GMA.
